It looks like an acardiac twin. That's a twin that doesn't develop properly, and would have died except that it feeds off its twin's blood supply.

i also think its an parasitic twin (you should probably use that term, i think more people know this one

) hypodermic attached to the whole torso.. in fact, that twin killed his brother and himself.. ironic
