When I was a kid I had to go to an ear/nose/throat Dr... he was some short gross old guy who also had this two thumb thing.

It was so ugly and gross lookin and he had to put this speculum type thing in my nose... and so those gross fingers were right in my face.

It looks like it would be pretty easy to remove the extra one. I wouldn't live with it.
