Having just looked at the original post here, obviously extreme mental trauma is involved here- I remember seeing pics of some Spanish guy living in Madrid, he has Schizophrenia but he does not take his medication and just photographs his starving and tormented body, the pictures are really something- and they remind me of this because you know something really deep mentally is going on, beyond what we can probably comprehend.
