Drug Addicted Mother Gives Birth To Crack Baby
Information with the pic says the woman was a junkie and the baby was born with a severe birth defect as a result. I had no way to verify this information but that's what it said.

That's anencephaly-it's a birth defect that can happen to anyone-it is not related to drug abuse.
