They may have placed the nipples high because they "settle" after weeks of healing - a lot of these pics look like pretty recent surgeries.

My boobs are so heavy and annoying and saggy I wish I could just chop them off. I hate them. I need a reduction but getting up the guts to get it done is another story.  |

I worked with a woman who had an hour glass figure. She had her boobs reduced and her surgeon did a great job, but, there is risk with any surgery. She should have lost weight first, which she planned to do, but they came out well. Check your surgeon's credentials and make sure he or she is Board Certified. You have to do what makes you feel better. Fortunately, I never had big boobs, but, I have enough back issues as it is. Good luck with your decision!  |

im going for peri areolar bilateral mastectomy mid next year. i will definitely post photos if someone reminds me august 2015 to get them to take photos during the 3 hours surgery, i will try :p

Unfortunately, Different_Trains was banned. He posted great surgical threads. He worked with transgendered and transsexual people, but, I never asked what he did. You posted so rarely, I hope someone reminds you, or you remember to post photos for us. Do you mind if I ask if it's elective or medically necessary? Good luck with your surgery! |
