Re: Dermatillomania
I also have (comparatively mild) dermatillomania. I was a nailbiter as a child but I grew out of that.. and into this, apparently. Thanks for posting this; not a lot of people know about this condition. |

Re: Dermatillomania
I actually have a middling case myself, I tend to pick around on my head a lot. I don't pull my hairs out, but because I pick a lot I get scabs. And then I pick the scabs, and they start bleeding and they heal and I pick them again and it just goes round and round and round.

Re: Dermatillomania
I've always done this kind of damage to my fingers (not precisely to this extent)... nice to realise that it's actually a disorder...

Re: Dermatillomania
I know this post is nearly a year old, but, I found the name of the soap, pinkyziolk, and anyone else who might be interested. It is called colloidal silver soap and it is available at vermontcountrystore.com. I have not tried either. I also found a cream. http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/s...ver_Soap/62613 http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/s...ng_Cream/39308 |
