That kind of bend is commonly seen in adult men who had too much (or all of) the skin removed during their infantile circumcision. The skin it too tight on one side, or it's tighter because of adhesions that formed because the penis was trying to heal itself after losing all that skin. That's the same reason why some men have a hairy shaft. Too much skin was taken and it's just pulling on their body trying to achieve it's full erection. I hate that so many men have had to go through this. I'll stop my rant here because I have a hard time stopping.
