A Childs Ear Deformity

A deformity that occurs while the baby is developing that causes the ears to grow under the chin, or in this case, on the neck.

Actually read the medical report on this little one... the condition is called otocephaly (literally "ear-head") and the baby did not survive; it could not breathe and could not be intubated properly because of the lack of a jaw and other important parts.
