The baby came out as being breached. usually when this happens they either try to flip the baby around to be head first or they have to do a C-section so this is clearly from some other country.

My mum gave birth to my sister, first born, breach. The room filled up with students and staff as it was such an event

This is called frank breech. Bottom first. Fairly rare and extremely painful
