Heartwarming. They're not aborted, they're miscarried. We do the same here, lots of volunteers make tiny clothes, gowns and caskets for miscarried/prem babies.

If they were aborted fetuses, why are their tiny bodies still intact? Partial-birth abortion? The method of abortion here in the states is a D&C (dilation & curettage) or if the pregnancy if further along they perform a D&E (dilation & extraction), whereas the fetus isn't removed intact.
Maybe these fetuses were stillborn babies/miscarriages.

You’re definitely wrong on this one. Once the baby reaches a certain size then the mom has to be put into labor.
