How sad! He's just a boy! How could he have been misdiagnosed several years ago if he is four years old? It blisters and sounds very painful. |

Pressure and friction from crappy shoes. Dead skin build up. If you've ever had like dried feet and you don't scrub the dead skin off when taking a shower or bath, it builds up and get's worse. It also happens when you get older |
