Original video says he was impaled through his NECK, that's not exactly true cause the horn went in right under the chin (not sure if the part of the head is referred as neck) and exited through his mouth.

When i saw this video i literally yelled out loud...
"HOLY FUUUUUUUUCK".

Oh yeah one more thing....GO BULL GO

Julio Aparicio, one of Spain's most famous matadors, was gored in the throat during a bullfight.

The horrific injury has left him in critical condition:

"The horn went though the tongue and penetrated the roof of the mouth, fracturing the jawbone," one of the medics told.

After two operations, it appears leading surgeon Maximo Garcia Pedros has saved Aparicio's life. (too bad)

The bull, however, was quickly killed by other matadors.

The incident took place during the Festival of Saint Isidro, considered to be the most important event in the bullfighting calendar, at the Plaza de Toros las Ventas bullring, which can seat up to 24,000 people.

Yeah he lived and is recovering from second operation. Apparently there was no brain damage but if you ask me anyone that teases a 2000 lbs bull is brain damaged as it is.

I didn't realize this had already been posted.=/// I'm really really sorry for any inconvience.


I just thought this was interesting. It's not too gory, but you get a great view of the guy's expression.

But what I thought was strange was that I found this photo going through a news gallery at AOL. I mean, like I said, it's not amazingly gory, but it's not something that would make my day plesant if I wasn't into gore, you know?
