That's how they splinted my left arm when I broke it. (Refused a cast. Was stuck with a two piece full arm splint with thumb extended..)

Hope you heal up soon.

Why did you refuse a cast?

Just wonderin'...






And did people still sign your splint?
Just gave me anxiety.. thought of it..itching and stinking and all that stuff.. Can't wash the arm, cannot remove it, etc. And I was working in a restaurant kitchen at the time. End up with a cast smelling like rot in 3 days of it being applied.

Was two pieces, top of arm and bottom with the thumb support. made of cast material. put them on and wrap with an ace bandage. No one signed my cast. buddy did while drunk, but was on the ace bandage..
