The tube coming out of her right shoulder area is a central line, guys. Some of you know my medical story and I have one in the same area (the clavicular area). It is a good artery to get for chemo or, in my case, dialysis. I have a port there for when I need to be hooked up and I have two (2) tubes, one for outgoing and one for incoming blood. It is just a good spot for administering meds or cleaning the blood (I get injected with Heparin before my dialysis to keep the port clear and to thin my blood so it will not clot during treatment). I don't know if there is a backstory, but I am just providing my medical knowledge. As always, I hope this helps!!
