Well, I'd recommend getting them dermal punched then, and let them heal. The scar tissu will be alot less dense this way, and they will be easier to stretch later if you decide to do so=)

However, make sure you don't punch them too big.. If you stretch them to 4 mm, and then you punch them at 6mm, you keep the "fatness" of the lobes, and that's very important!
