how do the docs know how to fix all that carnage, just trying to see what is under all that meat and blood would seem impossible
The wonders of doctors! You should really see other pics, how they make a bloody mess look like it never happened after the victim fully recovers.

I'm usually really skeptical when anyone here says Gaza and frankly without any information on these pics other than your "say so"..probably not.
