Bartsocas-Papas Syndrome.
Bartsocas-Papas syndrome (BPS) is an autosomal recessive syndrome with severe craniofacial, limb, and genital abnormalities. As of 2011, 24 published cases and families were registered in the Orphanet Report Series. Compared to other disorders characterized by pterygia, the condition is usually more severe and often lethal.

As bad as it sounds, I hope they didn't survive. It's awful to say that but I can't imagine thehe suffering those poor babies would go through.

Cases like this are why mid-late term abortion access is important. Fetuses at that stage are anesthetized before the procedure. |
