I grew up in a village of about 700 people. A friend of my sister, stuck her 4 month old baby on the stove and cooked her. Her boyfriend stood by and watched. They did very little time. This type of behavior is never changed. They should be all killed.

That's a skin disease, not abuse. I'd have to do a little research to find the correct name, but I went to school with a young girl who had the disorder on the entire right side of her body.

This little girl wasn't abused. It's erythroderma (or exfoliative dermatitis), it sounds like an umbrella term for scaling skin diseases: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erythroderma
