It sucks transplant teams don't accept organs from anencephalic babies anymore; a newborn received a heart from such a donor around 1988 (Baby Paul) and he's still around. |

Not just missing a skull, but a brain as well. I thought this was a story about a full brained baby, born without a skull.

This is a anencephalic boy that lived to be three years old after she was basically told the same thing. The brain has amazing ways of rewireing itsself when nessessary.
