Arm Pit Split
this is what happens when you don't follow safety protocols! this telephone company employee used the wrong ladder to reach something, slipped and fell...and this happened. i am not sure if his arm got caught on something or if his arm pit split open from over extending when catching himself & hanging from the ladder  he's lucky he wasn't fired on top of it for not following safety rules  · |

Ouch. Yeaaaah, I would've fired him for violating safety protocol and the workers compensation fees and hike in insurance fees as a result of this? You bet your ass I would fire him.  |

If that's all that happened, he's very very lucky. You can cripple yourself for life quite easily with a permanent shoulder injury. The shoulder can seem like it's stronger than it is when used within pretty strict parameters, but it's actually very vulnerable and prone to injury. |
