anyone notice the cuts do not match the scars? He tried to do an ecg pattern or something and in the cutting photos it stretches over the two bands. but the end result they do not, and look very shitty as well.

That's because in the cutting photos you're looking at the inside of his forearm, but the end result pics he's only showing the back of his forearm.. it's two different sides of his arm and pattern.
