Lmao, actually this does happen. No frequently, but it happens. I kne a girl once who was nothing but skin and bones, and she ate like a freaking pig! They tested her for hyper thyroidism along with a LOT of other things, they ruled out anorexia because she was still getting her period, no hair loss, none of the symptoms of ana even though she was 89 lbs. They also ruled out buimia for the same reason. She complained left and right about wanting to gain weight.
