Were you using clindamycin (sp?) cream? Get some hand sanitizer, the alcohol based stuff, use it on your hands a lot and sanitize your phone and whatever else touches your face there. |

Heck sometimes if it's late at night and I'm too tired to wash my face, I will just dip a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol, put that on my face, and then rub in the oil-free moisturizer.

Def go to dermatologist. I went for some minor acne and blackheads in my nose. He prescribed me a retinol cream which really helped. Def make sure you get a retinol cream it will help! Plus helps prevent wrinkles

Yes am PCOS-sufferer too. Haven't taken that drug but taken a lot of others. Except Accutane which I can't because of my mental illness.

I tried Retinol but it didn't work for me. Have got an appointment later this month with dermatologist so hoping that will help as it did last time I went which was about 5 years ago.

You should look into it. Don't take it if there is a chance you could get preg as it will cause birth defects, but it does help a lot.
