Has the highest rate of kidnapping in the world. I had a chance to install equipment there and wouldn't go without firearms. They found someone else. Many of the taxis drivers drive green VW's which is supposedly the safest. There is a reason for that. Corruption. They are part of the gang of who ever. Intolerance is the day and cops are bought.
