I don't know what is in the box. But to me it looks like three-packs of cloths - sold or used at the gasstation for polishing for example. And used to stuff into her mouth to keep her quiet - maybe the reason that they are photographed.

This guy is full of shit. That's the oldest trick in the book-

It explains the presence of his semen in her body and any blood on his clothes/shoes/etc., paints the victim as the criminal, allows him to claim self defense and makes it sound like accidental manslaughter. He even played the sympathy card by mentioning his 6 children.

It's perfect, it covers all bases- EXCEPT WHY HE FELT THE NEED TO STUFF THE MOUTH OF THE VICTIMS CORPSE WITH GAUZE after she was already dead. If that wasn't meant as a gag, then why the fuck is it there?
