29 year old woman was walking home from the bar when two men on a motorcycle approached her. One of the men pulled out a handgun, which she saw. According to witnesses she screamed and immediately started to flee down the street. Unfortunately for her, in a classic horror movie snafu, she tripped and fell to the sidewalk in front of a warehouse. As she was struggling to get back to her feet, the assailant shot her shot her twice in the back. Witnesses said that she did not die immediately, but lingered in agony for a few minutes before finally expiring just prior to the arrival of the ambulance. Amazingly enough, she managed to keep her shoes on, both while fleeing in terror and while being brutally executed.

As for the master criminal who executed her, he had himself a little accident at the scene. As his accomplice (driving the motorbike) sped up to flee, the shooter tried to tuck the murder weapon into the waistband of his shorts. Unfortunately for him, the gun discharged and he shot himself in the thigh, falling off the back of the motorcycle in the process. His accomplice did not return for him and has not yet been located.

When the suspect was arrested and taken to the hospital for treatment of his leg, he told police that the murder was a vengeance-killing because the girl assisted in stabbing his younger sister to death in a bar in 2011. This claim has not yet been verified.
