Info was so hard to translate but i did my best to get what info i could

A man and wife both aged 23 were found in their room in a serious state. The wife was dead in the toilet and the husband seriously injured.
The wife had burns upon her body similar to that of an electric shock and also puncture wounds were found upon her body, it didn't state where. The husband had been stabbed in the neck.
A neighbour says she heard the couple quarrelling earlier that day and it is thought that the man assaulted his wife with electric shock then stabbed her to death before finally stabbing himself in the neck.
