I wonder how long that poor boy suffered. All those non fatal wounds inflicted to hear his screams. I bet he begged for death. The men and or women who did this are horrible. Those arm gouges must have been awful. They cut a nipple off. He does look like he's 12 or 13. People are savage and sadistic.

You don't know. It could be some sadist getting his or her pleasure from the boy's suffering. It could also be a warning to others with children to pay the people who want their money. No matter why, it is from someone who enjoys this type of work or play.
