Yes, it was a recreation of the exhibition supposed to be located in Miami, but the actual location for the exterior shots was the Ministry of Transport in Prague. Gunther von Hagens made a cameo appearance, and could be seen leading a tour past where James Bond killed a villain.

I saw this expo in San Diego a few years ago, it was so awesome. And I have to admit, I touched a few... The guy playing chess with his spine exposed was my favorite.
