Woman Strangled; Killer Gets Points for Creativity
Woman's body was found in a public park. Her skirt and underpants were interfered with, so rape is suspected, but confirmation is pending toxicology and a rape kit. She was also strangled to death using her own braided hair. I've been here quite some time, but strangling a woman to death with her own hair is fairly unique.  ·  · |
