I'm trying to pick out the different anatomical structures within her neck; I think I can see the trachea? He sliced right through her ear. The dark stuff on her chest, is that a footprint, or maybe some of her hair, cut off? There's also a low, dark ring around her neck; dried blood, or signs of peri-mortem strangulation? There appears to be some blood spatter behind her, but other than that, yeah, she's quite clean for this sort of wound.
