I hope, for her sake this isn't real. Ouch!! I know the emt's would cut off her pants but I would think they would keep her panties on. I would also hope the doctor or nurse in or taking the pic would be respectful enough to cover the girl up.

i know for a fact i was commando the morning the paramedics hauled my naked coochie and bleeding thigh into the trauma department. we always take our levis completely off to cut. course i didn't take my leg completely off.
