Wednesday 24/07/13 the 38 years old woman fell ill, and a neighbour helped her by taking her to the hospital. She made it only part of the way though, and died an the backseat of the car.

Paramedics were called, but only to declare her dead when they arrived.

There are the usual amount of images showing crowd, ambulance and the car, but every image showing the woman is posted - the rest of them are of little or no interest.

Any idea what she died from?
Other then 'illness'.

I've often seen cotton up the nose. Is that to stop flies getting into the dead body?

If I was the owner of the car I'd go to the carwash after the hospital and vacuum the car out.

Any 'illness' that causes a human to spew forth foam from its orifices is a dire malady indeed.

Of course, if there is a rabies outbreak underway in Brazil we have a bright few weeks ahead for photographs of carnage.
