Uh, DUH!!!! The "shame" of her death, by whatever means certainly does outweigh ( in your words, pleasure) at looking at her dead. A seizure can cause respiratory distress. The foaming at the mouth occurs when the person struggles to breathe. The violent gasping for breath mixes secretions of the respiratory tract and air enough to cause froth that builds up in the lungs and trachea, eventually leaking out of the mouth. The respiratory distress or the epilepsy (most likely) can cause confusion and overheating so she could have removed her own trousers. Who knows, would be good to know if they actually looked at other possibilities though.
