She was eating ribs, no cutting involved. That's obvious from the bones. When tugging on a piece of meat you can inadvertently get a much larger piece because of the membrane, which also makes it nearly impossible to chew. If her dentures worked loose while chewing, which is likely, the meat could've easily slid to the back of her throat at which point there's an automatic swallowing reflex.

Has nothing to do with "greed" or "gluttony", everyone of us has inadvertently swallowed too large a piece of food at one time or another.

That looks like no piece of rib meat I have ever seen. It is a single thick slab of meat a good six inches long. Further, there is not a single hint of meat residue or sauce visible anywhere on her mouth, lips, or chin nor is there any on the visible portions of her hands. What, she stopped in the middle of choking to death to daintily dab her face and hands so she'd be sparkly clean for the rescue workers?
