Judging by the incision on her torso, this scene took place postmortem. She was probably interred in a sarcophagus and subsequently removed by the necrophile to have his way with her. As you can see by the clothes strewn about, she was most likely fully dressed in a white gown and undergarments before she was raped. Which leads us to the fundamental question; Is it rape if she is dead? |

Blood pooling is the deep crimson colouration to back of head, shoulders, buttocks & back of legs. It would show on her front if she died face down. Embalming doesn't eradicate it as it's in the soft tissues.
