Venezuelan Policewoman Robbed and Murdered
In Maracaibo, Venezuela, an officer of the Bolivarian National Police was brutally murdered. The policewoman, A.L.G.C., was 21 years old. She worked in Guarenas-Guatire, a suburb of the Venezuelan capital, but on 29th August she took a leave to spend time with her family in Maracaibo, more than 500 km away from the capital. She left Guarenas-Guatire in the morning and at 8:00pm she sent a text message saying she's on the "bridge" (likely to be the General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge which connects the city with the rest of the country), but after that, her family lost touch with her. It turned out that she was robbed, gagged, tied to a tree, beaten, raped, and finally slashed in the throat. Then, the robbers covered her naked body with her uniform. It is possible that the robbers just wanted to rob her, but decided to do more after finding her police uniform in her bag.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

In 30th August, the police found the perpetrators and engaged in a shootout with them. Two thugs ate too much lead and died. One of them was a high profile gangster, C.E.B.P., aka "Tazmania". The police recovered her blue bag, clothing, and personal belongings in the thugs' den.  ·  · |

I wonder if she was carrying her weapon. Sure the police uniform didn't help keep her from being beaten and raped though, that sucks  |

Cops in Venezuela are often worse than gangs. Pretty sure she wasn't all that innocent to begin with.
