USA - Female Addict's Suicide
In mid' December 2022 in Colorado (USA), 52 year old B.L. took her own life. The bullet went though the closet door + into the wall. According to 'B's daughter, the bullet is still embedded in the wall of the closet. "She was a struggling addict. She was over 4 times the legal limit when she died." Her daughter stated, who had obtained the photos from the police.

A sad but an interesting post. It's very common that someone suffering from addiction sees only two options: continue down the same addictive path, or take their own life. The last image would make a great promo for this site. Documenting Reality - your peephole into real life.  |

I was just reading an article about America’s appalling prescription opioid crisis and wondered if this was another casualty. Although being “four times over the legal limit” makes me think alcohol?

As a recovering addict, I do not blame her. After numbing every single emotion with drugs, it's extremely hard to live a sober life. I've been clean from meth and heroin since 2018 and I still struggle with thoughts of suicide. |

She did - loads of family + friends that cared dearly for her.
