An old friend did this to his wife and himself a few years back. Both dying from cancer it became harder and harder. They wife was having a terrible time so she dictated the timing. I can't blame people for this, and it is a terrible thing to go to these extremes to do an act of kindness and love.

This man must have had enough or maybe he just didn't want to drag family through this.
