Re: Truly Sad, Family Killed, Child Survives
Of all the many pictures I have been browsing through, this is the worst, and the only that has made me cry. I feel for this young boy, my heart goes out to him :(

Re: Truly Sad, Family Killed, Child Survives
Sometimes there's a back story to shitty accidents. A friend of mine stopped at an accident off duty, the driver died, all the passengers but one, an infant, were injured pretty bad. He said it looked like a giant had smashed it sideways then front to back. He felt real bad the driver expired, but come to find out the fucking twat was pounding beers WHILE driving. Got what she deserved for putting that infant's life in danger like that. |

Re: Truly Sad, Family Killed, Child Survives
Well no one knows the back story to this. This child will grow up to be intelligent and know things other do not. These things happen for a reason, no matter how shitty they are. He will be strong. ~Impy |

Re: Truly Sad, Family Killed, Child Survives
Infants tend to have an edge over adults when it comes to surviving crashes because their bones are more elastic and they don't have the same perception of fear adults have, allowing them to relax their muscles instead of stiffing them when the accident occurs. Whatever mental scars can leave such experience is another story...

But look, it's a miracle. Everything has been completely mangled except the child who's in a safe area and fine. That picture tells a lot and it's amazing he survived.
