A truck driver was unloading concrete at a quarry when a support broke and he was crushed. He died at the scene.

If that is a quarry, my guess is that he was loading as opposed to unloading, as that looks exactly like granite. That school field trip to The Rock of Ages granite quarry in 1975 has finally paid off!!!
