The way the feet look so puffy I suspect she was suffering from Cellulitis in the legs, might have been what made life no longer worth living

The lower half of the body is WEIRD looking. Very disproportionate.

I think the forth picture is her legs split way apart. Just above that fat thigh like part looks like muff to me. So if you were to take the normal looking leg and swing it clockwise you would be closing her legs. The big part is probably slit open (butterflied) on the back. My guess, I'm not a forensic.
