TONY "TORMENTA" ASESINADO

Antonio Ezequiel Cardenas Guillen, better known as Tony Storm, and Gulf Cartel leader, had become a real headache for the authorities, who on several occasions sought to capture it, without good results, because the drug trafficker had managed to leave defeated all attempts.
In a detailed operational elements of the Navy, were determined to kill Tony Storm, was so surrounded a shopping plaza where the boss had an office and launched more than 50 grenades to end Cárdenas Guillén.
The drug dealer killed by troops of the navy was considered a subject of "highly dangerous" by authorities in Mexico and the United States. The Attorney General's office stopped short of offering a reward of up to 30 million pesos in exchange for information leading to his capture, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA for its acronym in English) offered 5 million dollars.
The official toll from the shootings is three sailors, one soldier and four delinquents dead and four officers of the Navy and two soldiers wounded. The clashes led to the closure of three international bridges that connect the border with the United States, and the suspension of activities throughout the municipality, and that criminal groups kidnapped units of public transport and committed dozens of blockades in different communication channels to prevent the mobilization of soldiers, sailors and police.
The incident occurred in the middle of the deployment of more than 180 members of the Navy of Mexico for arresting Ezequiel Cardenas Guillen, who since late 2009 began a war against the cartel members of Los Zetas, their former partners.

Great post and hopefully that is a sign that the Mexican government is "really" starting to crack down on the narcotics industry.
