I think thats a knowsley safari park in England, you can tell by the clouds, theres always bloody clouds.

Apparently the Lions got a goat and were not best pleased.

The Tibetan sky funeral
They believe that by letting the Vultures consume
the remains of their loved ones, the spirit never dies. The Vultures carry the spirit.
They prepare the body by cutting deep slices inthe corpse,
to make easy work for the feathered friends to consume.
Once the body is "picked clean", the family pulverizes the bones and uses them in their meals.
