Thailand - Chinese Couple Put in Suitcases + Chucked Still Alive in a River
I started this case way back in March, but never got round to finishing it. I then picked it up again in November but again, I got side-tracked. It's still not completely finished, but I don't want to spend any more time on it. So here's what I've collected. Some photos are censored, the write up isn't complete (I will also post the text that I haven't gone through yet), also there may be more info + photos out there. If someone else wants to finish this off, be my guest. On 24 February 2020 in Kamphaeng Phet (Thailand), a married Chinese couple were tied up, placed inside suitcases + thrown into a river whilst still alive. The next day, on the 25th, a fisherman found the bound body of 30 year old Wang Jun in a black suitcase. An autopsy found that Wang had drowned; he had been chucked into the water, bound in the suitcase whilst still alive. The body of his wife, 28 year old Zhu Bing, was still being searched for. A witnesses states that as he was driving past, he saw 2 suitcases being thrown into the river. Locals also stated that they heard the sound of heavy objects hitting the water. A man came forward + stated that he was contacted through a car company to pick up a group of Chinese tourists. When he arrived at the pick-up point, there were 4 Chinese people + they loaded 5 suitcases into the boot of the car. The driver noticed that 2 of the suitcases seemed considerably heavier than the rest. The driver was told to take them to Tak Province, but when they were in Kamphaeng Phet, he was ordered to stop the car. The passengers took one of the suitcases + threw it into the river. They did the same with another suitcase, further along. The police arrested 4 Chinese nationals + charged them with "first-degree murder, kidnapping + detaining others against their will and resulting in death, and moving or destroying a dead body with an intention to cover the cause of death. These offences carry a prison sentence of 20 years, with maximum punishment being execution". The couple had arrived in Pattaya on 12th February. They rented 3 villas with 13 other Chinese tourists (who returned to China 2 days later on the 14th). When conducting a search, the police found bloodstains + signs of a struggle at the villa. It's reported that immigration records show that Wang Jun had a history of making frequent trips to Thailand. Additional text that I haven't put in my write up:

To throw someone alive into a river while trussed up in a suitcase is utterly evil.

I don't suppose that you've come across the death images of the woman in question? Or is it solely cases actually from China that you have access to?
