A 15 year old, was killed violently, in the neighborhood Congonhas in Tubarao. A man passing by around five hours on Friday, the 30th, saw the body, which was referred to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) in the city.
The girl was identified and aged 15 years old. There are suspicions that the victim was sexually assaulted . But the IML did not confirm which instrument was used for the cause of death, or if the victim was raped or not. However, tests have been performed and the results should be referred to the Division of Criminal Investigation (DIC) Tubarao, which is investigating the case.
