Teenage Phone Thief Shot of His Bicycle
A 17 year-old was shot 5 times while he was cycling near a soccer field. When police arrived he was still alive but dead as a doornail when the ambulance arrived. The young man had a history of minor offenses and last week was accused of trying to steal phones in the area.
