Just curious, don't you think the pills would have dissolved more in her stomach? If you've ever poured pills into a toilet they dissolve rather quickly

Pharmaceutical company's use a variety fillers (inactive ingredients). Many pills are designed to work as time released substances, and it can take hours for them to fully dissolve.

That being said, my vote is on 'mentos overdose'
