The man had been arguing with someone outside his home when he ran inside and locked the door saying he was going to kill himself.
People outside tried to get in when they heard running water and i burning smell. They got in and found the man dead from an electrical shock. He also had an injury which was sustained when he fell after the administering the shock.

Was very hard to translate
Sounds like he got into the shower or something and then used a plugged in power cord to kill himself.

And I guess we can all tell why he chose THAT method of suicide... he didn't have a damn thing else to choose from! Talk about a minimalist existence!

Maybe the investigators should try unplugging the cord before doing anything else. Just a suggestion.
