After a night of heavy drinking he (40) couldn't bare the fact he lived in solitude after his wife left him a while ago and he could only see his 6 yo daugther in the weekend.
This weekend he visited and gave some money to his daughter, returned home and hanged himself later that night.

well his feet are on the ground..so im sure he had to fight it..you really want to die when you do it with your feet on the ground.

If you cut off blood flow to the brain, you pass out with no struggling.

If you only cut of air to the lungs, you will instinctively struggle for air.

Hanging can kill in either way.

For me, if it came to it, I would rather cut off blood flow to the brain.

When you die, you loose control of all your muscles, so your jaw muscles relax and most of the time the mouth will fall open if you died in an up-sitting position.
